I enclose my Estimate for the months of June, July and August, for Pittsburgh & its dependencies — Major Craige will forward his estimate up to that [period] & draw on them as usual — after that his bills will be drawn on you on my account & Charged to me, for which I held him accountable — you will therefore please to accept his bills after the first of June, Chargeable on my estimate — you will furnish me quarterly with a Statement of the bills he draws on you, on my account that Settlements may take Place between us. —
I have now to advise you of Bills drawn by me on you since my last. Viz —

7th May 1797 for 190 Dollars. —
