On my part I ple[undecipherable] my honour to you that I fhall invariably continue co[undecipherable] fidering you not only as I do every individual of y[undecipherable] nation, but yet more particularly under the facred vi[undecipherable] of its Reprefentatives, as likewife every perfon un[undecipherable] your command, and under the direction of the Ho[undecipherable] rable Andrew Ellicott.
