James Hamiltons Waggens leave this City this Day for Pittsburgh laden with supplies on account of the Wyandot Delaware & Shawnee Indians Annuities for the current Year. And Sunday other articles to you address as per Invoice which he has with him. I know not wether you may have received any particular Instructions from the Secretary of War or General Wilkins relative to the ultimate Delivery or further transports of these goods, but I have a right to Expect you have been informed on the subject. I will however, make the matter certain & Inform you. I should conclude that the Delaware & Shawnees supplies would be sent up the Algany and the Wyandots down the Ohio to Washington or some other Posts on that river but circumstances may make some other route more Eligible and of this I will endeavour to be Informed Wheresoever and to Whomsoever you send or Deliver the goods you will send the enclosed Invoice. When the supplies in full are forwarded for the other nations similar Invoices will accompany them.
