Sir.
Mr James Yard of this city, has requested of me, a small quantity of Cannon Shot, to provide for the defence of the Ship Pegau, bound on a voyage to China. I have consented, on condition that he pays to you the full value thereof. — You will be pleased therefore, on his complying with said terms, to deliver to him, the following supply - viz:
