I received your letter of the 11th Inst. with its enclosures.
The Pay Roll for March together with the Subsistence % due sundry Officers, has been examined, and after deducting therefrom 15% dollars (as per list herewith) amounts to Nine hundred & eighty seven dollars %o; which sum you will receive from Nicholas Fish Esqr Supervisor New York, on giving him duplicate receipts for the due application thereof.
