In answe[r] to which I have to inform you that any balance whi[ch] may have been due at his decease will be paid to your order, on your forwarding proof from the Probatte Office of your administring on his effects. I enclose to you an account of the Wi[dow] Nichols, against M^r Cudworth, within his letter to her on the subject: she requests to be placed on the same footing with the other Creditors. when you have ascertained the e[state] you are enabled to pay you will oblige me by forwarding the balance to M^rs Nichols.
