Knoxville T^e 10 April 1797 Sir I have advised you of drawing this day in favor Samuel Lowage, for one thousand two hundred dollars. And I have again this day repeated my draft in favor Thomas Dalbert, for the like sum of one thousand two hundred dollars; the bills are also first and second, and at three days sight. Both which sums shall be appropriated to the payment of the troops, as you have advised me the 10 February of the present Year.
