I received your letter of 5 ultimo enclosing the receipts Roll of yourself and recruits for February 1797 & muster and pay Roll for the Month of March.
The receipt roll for February amounting to 130[undecipherable] has been examined and will be passed to your credit accordingly.
The Pay Roll for March has also been examined amounting to Sixty six dollars & [undecipherable], which sum you will receive from John Chester Esq. Super. Weathersfield on giving him receipts as usual. Sam[undecipherable]
