I have this moment received your letter of the 31st ultmo together with the news papers.
You will find this accompanied by a Packet containing abstracts of Receipts and Issues of Stores, Viz: Ordnance Quarter Master, Hospital, Indian and Cloathing together with Vouchers of their Issues at this Post for October, November and December 1796.
I have this day drawn on you in favor John Bever for two hundred dollars at eight days sight which be pleased to pay and charge as usual.
General Wilkinson arrived last evening and is in a few days to proceed to Fort Washington on his Way to visit Detroit and the other Western Posts.
