Pittsburg 7^th April 1797 Sir I have, by Post, this day received a duplicate of your letter of the 31^st ultimo by which I am informed of your transmitting five thousand dollars by the Hands of Lieu^t Lovele who is not yet arrived, but shortly expected: as soon as possible after the Receipt of that Money it shall be applied as you have directed.
