I have, by Post, this day received a duplicate of your letter of the 31st ultimo by which I am informed of your transmitting five thousand dollars by the Hands of Lieut Lovele who is not yet arrived, but shortly expected: as soon as possible after the Receipt of that Money it shall be applied as you have directed.
Monthly Estimates of Pay and Subsistence of the Troops at the upper posts shall be made out and transmitted.
Company Muster, Pay and Receipt Rolls are wanted.
