Now therefore this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Oliver Wolcott Junior for and on behalf of the United States of America, and the said James O'Hara for himself, his Heirs Executors and Administrators mutually covenant and agree with respect to all Supplies that may be [undecipherable] at the several Posts on the first day of June [undecipherable] thousand seven hundred and [undecipherable] in pursuance of the Agreement aforesaid — as follows —
1. That an Inventory shall be taken on the first day of June [undecipherable] next ensuing, of the several species of Supplies remaining unexpended at the different Posts, and which [undecipherable] been deposited there in pursuance of the stipulations in the aforesaid Agreement or of Requisitions from the Commander in chief.
2d. That the Inventory shall be taken in presence of the Commanding Officer of the Post, and the party of the second Part, or his Agent, and Duplicate Receipts given therefore by the said Party of the second part, or his Agent, to the [undecipherable] or other responsible person expressing the Quantity and Quality of each Article
3d. One pound of Beef or Eighteen Ounces of Pork
Half a Gill of Rum Brandy or Whiskey

Two pounds of Soap
One pound of Candles
