I received your letters of the 3d Instt enclosing pay Rolls for the Ordnance detatchment for February & March, amounting to Thirty two dollars, and your Vo for Salary for January, February and March 1797 amounting to Ninety dollars — both which sums you will receive from Nicholas Fish Supervisor of New York, on giving duplicate receipts therefor — for the former sum, say 32 dollars, you are held accountable for the due application thereof.
