I have to inform you that on enquiry at the Treasury I find that you were charged with the money advanced from this Office, as stated in my letter of the 27th January last, and agreeably to a Certificate received from then[ce] and which was omitted to be forwarded before, that you ha[ve] accounted for the same, your account will accordingly be closed on the Books of this Office.
