enclosing the Pay & muster Roll of your Detatchment for January & February 1797, which has been examined, and after deducting 5^7/100 dollars, from the Pay of J^t Robeson for the Month of February, leaving a balance due him for said peri of 20^88/100 dollars, and the pay of Fred^k Daliche, Surgeons Mate & Michael Upton private, amounts to Six hundred forty six do^7/100, which sum you will receive from Daniel Stephens Esq^r Supervisor, Charleston, on giving him duplicate receipts for the due application thereof. "The Secy of War admits the account in the expectation "that Gen^l Wilkinson will make a statement to him of "the expenditures of the money, which did not admit "of Vouchers.
