By instructions Received from the Secretary of War, dated the 8th Inst. I am directed, to Order you, to take command of all the Recruits at this Rendezvouse, except a Srjeant, two Music, and my Waiter, and to proceed as soon as posable, with the detachment, by water carrage, to West Point on Hudson River, in the State of New York. On your Arrival there you will please to Report your self to the War Office. The Contractor will furnish, as usual, the necessary supply of provision &c. and the me ans of Transportation.
