Lieutenant Daniel Bissels and the Recruits under your command for January 1797 amounting to 128^ths dollars, which will be placed to your credit on the Books of this Office and your Muster and Pay Roll for February 1797 which on examination amounts to One hundred and thirty eight dollars and ^ths which sum you will receive from John Chester Esq^re Supervisor at Weathersfields on giving him duplicate Receipts therefor.
