[(76)] Sir War Office March 20^th 1797 The following arrangements have been made on the Naval Agents of New York, since Murfreesboro N H. M^r [undecipherable: Simmerson] (late Contractor) was appointed to take Charge of all the Storehouses on the Navy Yards, New York July 25^th 1796.
