Sir
I have this day received as usual the Packet of news papers but am not favoured with a line from you —
The Commissary General & Contractor have left of this morning for the City, and I am sorry it is not in my power to accompany them. Presume Colo O'Hara's Account as D Master General will be finally settled during his Stay in the City — therefore I have to request you as soon as possible to inform me at what Period his responsibility as D Master ends.
My unsettled claim of compensation for extra services being of great importance to me I am under a disagreeable Anxiety caling it up to your mind, altho it is not from any apprehension that is has been neglected by you — I am Sir with esteem
