you will receive from the Treasurer of the United States the sum of One thousand, one hundred and sixty three dollars 67/100, which you will please to pay to Capt. Richd S. Blackburn at Fort Norfolk — 1056 22/100 dollars thereof being for the pay of himself, Lieutenant, John Saunders and James Triplett, and the Men under his Command to 31st Janry 1797. The remaining sum of 107 Dm/100 being the amount of his Pay & Subsistence for November & December 1796. For which sums you will please to take seperate Receipts
