The Pay and Receipt Rolls of Captn Isaac Guion's Company from 1st January to 30th June 1795 transmitted to this Office by Mr Swan have been examined and the amount of the latter 671 7/100 dollars is carried to the Credit of your Account, the difference between this sum and the amount Receipted by you on the Pay Roll is 63 40/100 dollars remaining unpaid by you and which stands to your debit on the Books of this Office in addition to the other charges against you — I am &c.
