Lancaster— Accountants Office
February 14th 1797—
Sir
Annexed is Duplicate of what I wrote you the 17th October last to which have not received any reply — I again repeat my solicitations that you will have the conditions of the Bond entered into jointly with your Son complied with, otherwise I shall be compelled to report the same to the proper Officer, who is obliged by Law to pursue the mode pointed out for that purpose, I hope therefore you will prevent the disagreeable necessity I shall be under of reporting the case either by paying the amount charged to your Son, or obliging him to render Vouchers for the due expenditure thereof to this Office — expecting your immediate answer — I am &c.
