In answer to your Letter of the 10th Inst.
received this morning, I have hte account you therein —
mention search'd for, and find only a rough sketch of your
Account Current with the memorandum on the back that the
fair settlement had been taken by you to qualify, as many
of the Vouchers were insufficient, that account has not
yet been returned. —
Herewith you will receive a statement of
your account Current, balance due you Four Dollars &
24 Cents which you will please examine, and if found free
of error, qualify, and return to this Office, at the same time
authorise some person to receive the Balance, that your
account may be closed, expecting to hear from you shortly
