Document 1797Eaton would have already forwarded the enclosed vouchers were it not for the need to include his charges against Lieutenant Colonel Gaither which are addressed to the Commander in Chief. He called on the late commissioner for negotiating a treaty with the Creeks at Coleraine but he had no recollection other than having left Coleraine before the remnant of supplies were disposed of.
