Blackburn at Fort Norfolk —1055 80/100 dollars thereof being for the pay of himself, Lieutenants John Saunders and James Triplett, and the Men under his Command to 31.st Jan.y 1797. The remaining sum of 107 25/100 being the amount of his Pay & Subsistence for November & December 1796. for which sums you will please to take separate Receipts
