You stand charged on the Books of this Office with One Hundred and Sixty Dollars paid you by Capt Thomas Lewis p your Receipt dated 10th May 1792 being for the recruiting Service, for which sum you have rendered no account or Vouchers to this Office to liquidate the same, I therefore request you will lose no time but immediately send forward your account with the necessary Vouchers for the expenditures that I may be enabled to pass the same to the Credit of your account, & the Balance (if any) refunded to the Treasurer of the United States, to close the same — your early attention to this object is particularly requested
