You stand charged on the Books of this Office with several sums of money received by you & for which you have not sent forward your account & Vouchers— I have therefore to request you will without loss of time trans= mit [strikethrough: without loss of time] to this Office, your account of the expenditure, accompanied with the necessary Vouchers that the same may be passed to the Credit of your Account and the Balance, if any remains, paid to the Treasurer of the United States to close the same. your immediate attention to this object is particularly requested.—
