I have received your letter of the 27th Ult.o and agreeably to your request have enclosed you a copy of your account Current in which there is a balance due the United States of Two hundred forty Nine dollars and fifty Cents which is thirteen Cents less than the balance stated by yourself, arising from a short addition which sum stands to your debit on the Books of this Office, also the further sum of 1474 50/100 Dols. which was transmitted 11th Jany 1797
