You stand charged on the Books of this Office with the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars, paid you the 3d April & 5 June 1792 for which you have not transmitted to this Office either account or Vouchers — I therefore request you will without loss of time forward a statement of the Expenditures with the necessary Vouchers for the same, that I may be enabled to pass the same to the Credit of your account on the Books of this Office, your immediate attention to this object is particularly requested that your account may be closed —
