On the settlement of the Account of Capt. John Heth for conducting Indians to Philadelphia he credits a sum of One thousand Dollars received from John Wilkins Dr Qr Mr Gen.l I have to request that you will be pleased to direct a Transfer from the Books of the Treasury to those of this Office to that amount that the necessary entries may be made here.
