Enclosed is my return of sundries, received by James Hackett contractor for building the Frigate for the Mediterranean service also of the Iron received by him from Messrs Elisha & James Hill Blacksmiths.
Mr Hackett gave a receipt to Jacob Sheafe Esqr Naval Agent for the Timber, plank & bearings date November 2. 1796.
