Description

4th Congress, Second Session, No. 74. Based on reports of Indian hostilities from the frontier, it is resolved that the President should have the power to call up the militia to defend the citizens of the nation. Payment of General Sevier and his troops for defense of the territory south of the Ohio river approved.
