On the settlement of the Account of Capt John Heth for conducting Indians to Philadelphia he credits a sum of One thousand Dollars received from John Wilkins 2d Mr Genl. I have to request that you will be pleased to direct a Transfer from the Books of the Treasury to those of this Office to that amount that the necessary entries may be made here.
