Agreeably to a communication recd from the Comptroller of the Treasury, I have caused your Account as Agent for Military Supplies on the Books of this Office to be debited with the sum of Eleven Thousand eight hundred six Dollars & eighty three Cents, being the balance on that Account standing to your debit on the Books of the Treasury agreeably to a Certificate from the Register of this date: This sum therefore you will be held accountable for here, and when the Accounts of the Militia Army are taken up for Liquidation, your's will on course meet an examination, and you will be duly informed of the amount to be admitted to your Credit.
