Document 1796Rochefontaine assures Hodgdon that whenever he encloses to Rochefontaine invoices of goods forwarded to a detachment of the Corps for their private use, but charged to the Corps at large, he will make sure the same is charged to his books and an account of deliveries to the Commanding Officers will be required.To account for things that he has never heard of is obviously impossible.
