You will find this accompanied by an abstract of Fines received at Allesbury from Ult & also to last of September 1796 continue together with voucher of fines during that Period. And you will find enclosed an Estimate of Objects of Expenditure at this post Worth Hereon advancing during the last three months of the Year 1796 Amount $643 100 dollars a part of that Share anticipated by drawing of Gen Neville. On the 8^th Drawn you in favour of Simon Hyenty for 600 dollars this day have drawn on you in favour of Bezaleel Wills for 2000 Dollars but the last Draft Specimen will be presented to you by the Hon James Glass on whose account that sum has been deposited by Mr Wills with me.
