Sir,
The 15th instant I enclosed to you the ordnance detachments receipt rolls for their July, August & September pay, and their pay rolls for October & November last.
I now forward with this to you two accounts of contingent [strikethrough: [undecipherable]] — one of them dated the 15 instant, amount 1761 dollars & 12½ cents, the other dated the 16th instant, amount 2108 dollars & 11½ cents. I forward by this post vouchers to the Auditor of the Treasury, amount 1919 dollars & 63 cents.—
I shall arrange very shortly some more vouchers to forward to you & him.—
