Pittsburg 9^th December 1796 Sir, I have enclosed herewith a general [undecipherable] of Estimate, late matter &Hospital Stores of Cloathing during Six Months commencing the 1^st of April &ending with Sep. 796 — Maj. Gen. Wayne arrived at Presqu'isle on the 19^th. Ultimo but is stiles there confined by a severe fit of the Gout. Cap. Eg^e D'Turner embarked on the 22 ultt. for Fort Washington &proceeded with considerable difficulty (being retarded by Ice) about forty five Miles where he now is &must remain until a change of weather renders the Ohio again Navigable.
