I rec.d your letter of the 9th Ultimo enclosing your account Current for Monies received from the Treasury in the Quarter ending 30th Sept.— The amount being so small I have deemed it advisable to remitting the amount until the end of the present Quarter, as you will probably before that time have paid the monies to Mr Freeman, which were remitted to you to be paid to him. You may in that case forward your account for Commissions for that period & the whole amount will be remitted to you.
