The enclosed dispatches for Capt James Bruff at Niagara, being of great importance (they containing a considerable sum of money for the Pay of the Troops under his command) and dispatch in forwarding them highly requisite: — I have to request that you will immediately on receipt hereof, forward them by a confidential person, as despatch, to their place of destination.
The expences of the Express will be paid by Capt Bruff — your particular attention to this Object is requested.
