I recd your letters of the 4th & 23d Inst. Lieut
Robinsons pay will be paid to your order for the month of November at the
end thereof. — Capt Thompson having forwarded his Recruiting Account
and Vouchers by this days Mail, they will be placed under examination, and as
early as possible the men will receive the Bounty which may be found due them.
I have informed him that it will be necessary to have his Receipt Rolls for Payments
to his men forwarded by the first post, to have them passed to his Credit in one
general Settlement. — As regards the five Companies ordered on command
they will be paid all arrears due to them on their arrival at their different Garrisons,
as soon as a Muster takes place.
