The Account of Sergt. Eastern cannot be all allowed. The uniform Rule of settling those accounts here is, that no Soldier be allowed a premium for apprehending another of his offences be paid by the United States. The premium must therefore be deducted, and the expences only allowed — for which Purpose, I return you the Account. — Herewith you have Blank Muster Rolls agreeably to your request.
