Cap^tn Edward D. Turner who left Town two days ago for the Army has in charge the sum of Sixty five thousand Dollars in Bank Notes as per List enclosed. This sum with the months you are authorized to draw for it is thought will be sufficient to complete the arrearage of the Army up to the last day of October, the day the new arrangement takes place.
