In my letter of the 15.th ult.o enclosed to the Secy of War — I requested you to be so obliging as to send me Bunting, for Garrison and Boat colours, and dressed sheep skins for sponge staffs.— Permit me, again to request them of you, as well as the two, six-pound field pieces, being in great want of them — and Stationary also.—
