America personally appeared before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the county of New Castle in the State of Delaware, the other one of the subscribers to the within power of attorney, and also a woman [undecipherable] both to the written power of attorney, and [undecipherable] is granted with George Goodber in the within Named John and Jonathan [undecipherable] was stated to be the matrimony since her brother [undecipherable] person given of the whole was in the [undecipherable] Nothing [undecipherable] and I do hereby certify that dam of quantum with Gods Bless and have Unknown been expored of 12 years.

James Booth, Secretary of the said State of Delaware Is to certify to all whom it may concern, that John Sea Esquire who hath subscribed the here above Certificate is one of the Justices of the or for the county of Newcastle in the said State of Delaware, duly Commissioned and Sworn; and that due faith and Credit ought to be given to such his attestations. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of the Secretarys office, at Newcastle, the Twentieth day of October A.D. 1796.
