In this 15^th day of October 1796 came before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the county of New Castle State of Delaware the to then named George Goodber and acknowledged the above written power of Attorney to be his free act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded. Also W^m McHinney may hand and seal the day and year before mentioned. Before J^no Sea America personally appeared before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the county of New Castle in the State of Delaware, the other one of the subscribers to the within power of attorney, and also a woman [undecipherable] both to the written power of attorney, and [undecipherable] is granted with George Goodber in the within Named John and Jonathan [undecipherable] was stated to be the matrimony since her brother [undecipherable] person given of the whole was in the [undecipherable] Nothing [undecipherable] and I do hereby certify that dam of quantum with Gods Bless and have Unknown been expored of 12 years. October 20^th 1796 Before J^no Sea. State of Delaware S. S. James Booth, Secretary of the said State of Delaware Is to certify to all whom it may concern, that John Sea Esquire who hath subscribed the here above Certificate is one of the Justices of the or for the county of Newcastle in the said State of Delaware, duly Commissioned and Sworn; and that due faith and Credit ought to be given to such his attestations.
