Lea At the Request of Joshua Ball I do hereby certify that Joshua Ball, is personally known to me and have said within Soldier when in actual Service he said Ball was a Soldier in the United States Services and in the New Jersey Line, I am also acquainted with his father who lives in Salem October 25. 1796 M.
