I have given directions & forwarded a List of Claims to be paid by M^r Freeman of sundry men of the Corps. — They are those brought forward by Col^o Montges; many of them I have found just; others have nothing due. a particular List of them is forwarded to M^r Freeman to guide him in his payments.
