The draft in your favor drawn by Cap^tn John Wade will be paid & the amount passed to his debit.— On the subject of your drawing for the Pay of the Troops at the Upper Posts of the Ohio, I have to inform you that you may draw Bills at 10 Days sight on the Sec^y of War for their Pay for the months of June & July 96, & they will be duly honored.— A letter of advice it is expected will accompany each Dr^t.
