I observe you have made up the pay of several men for April & August & others for July & August; I have to request you will explain in what manner this pay has been omitted in the prior months. In the pay Roll the inlistment of several are blank, a list is inclosed of the time they inlisted for your government and that it may be inserted in the next pay Roll.
