I inclose you have Ewell English Wright's Receipt for fifty four dollars, & James Grahame for twenty four being in full of their pay in the Corps of Artillerists & Engineers to the 1st day July 1st 93 for the due application of which Sums amounting to 78 dollars I stand accountable by placing them to my credit I believe it will close my account at your Office —
