This serves to cover you Inv.ce & bill Lading, of Lead. agreeable to your request, the bill of lading specifies, the number of bars only, owing to the Captains being confident, it was not deliver'd along side, but was put on board, the Pomona. he may be right, but the Truckmen are sure they are. however, I expect the Weight on board, will agree with the Inv.ce — with respect to the number of bars its possible, they may be incorrect. the Men who counted, were very indeferant, wishing it safe to land I remain
